Clients opt-in per account. About 24h before expiry we fire an M-Pesa STK Push using their saved phone. On success their plan is extended and their Mikrotik user is refreshed automatically. Reminders go out 24h and 1h before expiry too.
Yes. NetPips is multi-tenant. As a reseller you invite other ISPs, they get their own dashboard, portal and routers, and you earn 15% commission on their monthly earnings — paid into your NetPips wallet.

Yes. The captive portal remembers each device by MAC and phone number. If a client still has an active plan they're logged in automatically. They can also reconnect by pasting an M-Pesa confirmation SMS.
